The line "I hate your forehead callus" is in reference to Islamic extremists who often have calluses on their foreheads from praying. In this song, the reference is to fake men of God who make calluses artificially to pretend that they are men of God.

Background:

On the 16th of September 2022, Mahsa Amini, a 22 year old Iranian woman was murdered by Iran's Morality Police for wearing her hijab (head scarf) incorrectly. Her death sparked protests in Iran & around the world. Many people in Iran have been arrested, injured & murdered as a result of the uprising, but is hasn't deterred Iranian's from fighting for basic human rights for women in their country.

The singer in this video Saba Zamenii was arrested in Iran 2 years ago for being a female singer. She spent 3 months in prison. At the start of 2022, she was able to move to Canada (where it's legal for women to be singers), and she is adding her voice to the growing protest against the Islamic Regime.
